Build your business.
Keep your name.

For licensed professionals who want the system of a larger operation without handing over their identity to get it. Join the branch, or open your own with our platform underneath it.

Why this exists

Good professionals should not have to choose between independence and infrastructure.

The independent path usually means assembling a dozen vendors, paying each of them monthly, and still explaining to clients why the paperwork is slow. The large-shop path means real infrastructure and somebody else's name on your work.

We built the third option because we needed it ourselves. The platform came from running an actual brokerage and an actual lending operation, not from a product meeting.

Two ways in

Pick the one that fits where you are.

Join as a loan officer

Originate under the Trinathen branch with processing, compliance, and technology already in place. Suited to a licensed originator who wants to spend the day on clients rather than on vendor administration.

Open your own

Build your own branded shop — mortgage, real estate, or both — with our platform and operational structure behind it. Your name stays on the door and the relationships stay yours.

How the relationship develops

No pressure, no pipeline theatrics.

  1. 01

    A conversation

What you are doing now, what is in your way, and what you actually want to be running in three years. No presentation deck.

  2. 02

    Fit and licensing

An honest read on whether this serves you, plus the specifics of licensure, timeline, and what the transition genuinely requires.

  3. 03

    The structure in writing

Economics, responsibilities, support, and technology, on paper, before anybody signs. You should be able to read it once and understand it.

  4. 04

    Launch and keep building

Onboarding onto the platform, then ongoing operational support. The measure is whether your business is bigger in a year, not whether you signed.

The platform you get

One system instead of eleven invoices.

A CRM built for real estate and lending. A forms engine that fills and tracks state promulgated contracts and updates itself when the state releases new versions. Marketing and client communication in the same place as the transaction.

Messaging is billed to the professional who sends it, at cost. You pay for what you use, and nobody marks up your text messages.

See how a client experiences it
A tool they can use to grow their business, without spending an arm and a leg on companies that were never built for them.

The reason the platform exists

Questions people actually ask

Straight answers.

Is this a job posting?
No. It is the start of a relationship, and it runs at the speed of a relationship. Some conversations end in a licensed loan officer joining the branch. Others end in somebody opening their own shop with our platform underneath it. Several end in neither, and that is a fine outcome too.
Do I have to give up my own brand?
No. That is the point of the structure. You keep your name, your reputation, and your relationships. What changes is the system behind you — compliance, processing discipline, and technology — not the sign on your door.
What technology comes with it?
The Trinathen platform: a CRM built for real estate and lending rather than retrofitted from something else, a forms engine that fills and tracks state promulgated contracts, marketing tooling, and messaging. It replaces a stack of separate monthly vendor bills that most small shops never should have been paying in the first place.
What does the platform cost me?
Messaging is billed to the professional who sends it, at the carrier cost of sending it, so you are not subsidizing anyone else's volume and we are not marking up your texts. The rest is discussed openly in the conversation, in writing, before you commit to anything.
I am a real estate brokerage, not a mortgage shop. Does this apply?
Yes, and increasingly that is who we talk to. Brokerages use the platform to run their own business — contracts, transactions, marketing, client communication — and the lending relationship sits alongside it rather than on top of it.
What about licensing and compliance?
Mortgage origination requires active licensure, and nothing here substitutes for it. We will be direct about what your license permits, what the transition involves, and what the timeline honestly looks like in your state.
